Exploring Best Practices in ICT Integration for Enhancing Educational Outcomes: A Qualitative Study

This study employed qualitative methods to investigate the most effective strategies for incorporating Information and Communication Technology (ICT) into educational settings to improve academic achievements. A total of 20 participants, consisting of teachers, school administrators, and students, were involved in the study. The research aimed to explore their experiences, perceptions, and tactics used in integrating ICT in various educational environments. Semi-structured interviews and focus group discussions served this purpose. The data was analyzed using thematic analysis, which identified major themes including the efficacy of professional development, the significance of supportive institutional frameworks, and the influence of new pedagogical approaches. The results emphasized the importance of practical training workshops, mentorship, ongoing professional development opportunities, and access to resources in helping instructors effectively incorporate ICT. Furthermore, it was determined that the presence of leadership support and the implementation of reflective practices are essential elements in establishing an atmosphere that is favorable for the integration of ICT. This research provided significant insights into improving the use of ICT in education by explaining these best practices. Its purpose was to teach policymakers, educators, and stakeholders who are interested in using technology to improve educational outcomes.
