Abstract
This study investigated the health habits, work habits, and performance levels of 81 teachers during the 2022-2023 school year to develop a targeted learning and development program. Using descriptive and comparative-correlational methods, researchers collected data via adopted instruments and the official RPMS-IPCRF (DepEd Order No. 008, s. 2023). The teacher profile predominantly featured female, married, Teacher III staff, aged 25-35, with 1-10 years of service, often teaching Grade 6. Overall results indicated an Outstanding performance level among respondents, coupled with good physical and personal health and outstanding work habits (demonstrating strong efficacy and professional interest). Comparative analysis showed that performance level significantly differed only based on years of service and grade level taught. Likewise, health habits differed based on grade level taught, while work habits showed differences based on teaching position. Crucially, the study established a significant relationship between the respondents' level of performance and their health and work habits, highlighting that teacher well-being and professional practices are intertwined with achieving outstanding performance outcomes.
