Abstract
This study investigates techniques for effectively handling cultural conflicts in higher education setting by doing a meta-synthesis of qualitative research. The research conducts a comprehensive analysis of data from many published studies to synthesize existing knowledge on the strategies employed by educational leaders to tackle cultural conflicts in multicultural settings. The meta-synthesis reveals recurring themes and patterns from several studies, offering a thorough comprehension of the tactics that have demonstrated success in promoting inclusive and harmonious academic communities. The key findings emphasize the significance of cultural competence, transparent communication, and cooperative problem-solving among educational leaders. Furthermore, the study highlights the crucial significance of institutional policies and practices in facilitating dispute resolution and fostering diversity and inclusion. The summarized findings provide helpful assistance for higher education institutions aiming to improve their management of cultural conflicts and establish more fair learning environments. This study adds to the expanding collection of scholarly works on the management of cultural conflicts in education. It provides practical insights for the establishment of policies and training programs for leaders in multicultural academic environments.
