Abstract
With the development of industrial internet data informatization, privacy issues in the sharing and access of industrial internet data have attracted widespread attention from researchers. Blockchain, as decentralized, anonymous, and tamper-proof distributed ledger technology, provides a new approach to addressing privacy protection issues in industrial scenarios. This study first identified industrial internet data's privacy protection requirements and introduces the overall blockchain architecture. It then divides industrial information privacy protection into data-oriented privacy protection and user-oriented privacy protection and provides detailed descriptions of blockchain privacy protection methods for both data-oriented and user-oriented privacy protection. Data-oriented privacy protection focuses on safeguarding sensitive information itself, mainly using privacy protection methods based on encryption, distortion, and restricted release. User-oriented privacy protection focuses on protecting data users' privacy, including access control and transaction anonymity. Finally, we compare and summarize the characteristics of various methods, discuss the current research status of blockchain in privacy protection, and explore prospects for blockchain's development in the industrial information privacy protection domain.
