Abstract
This study investigated the implementation of the Child Protection Policy (CPP) in Fernando Air Base INHS (FABINHS), concentrating on the perceptions of parents, teachers, and students. Utilizing a quantitative comparative design, the study evaluated respondents’ awareness and understanding of CPP objectives, rights and responsibilities, reporting mechanisms, and school-based programs. Results revealed significant differences across stakeholder groups: teachers demonstrated higher awareness and compliance, while parents and students showed weaker engagement. Strengths included established reporting systems and school-based initiatives, whereas weaknesses included limited training in positive discipline and uneven stakeholder involvement. The findings underscore that CPP effectiveness depends not only on compliance with legal mandates but also on inclusive collaboration, sustained awareness-building, and strengthened institutional support. A responsive management plan tailored to FABINHS is recommended to enhance reporting mechanisms, foster stakeholder participation, and ensure a safer, more supportive learning environment for all learners.
