Abstract
This quantitative study was undertaken in private educational institutions in Baguio City to investigate the motivational factors influencing teacher retention and long-term institutional loyalty. The study uncovered significant and profound effects of administrative support and extrinsic rewards on educators' intention to stay. Increased teacher retention was observed when high intrinsic and vocational passion were augmented by strong organizational components, such as regularized employment status, meritocratic reward systems, and continuous professional development, thereby enhancing career stability and institutional longevity. Furthermore, the implementation of the Secure, Engage, Reinforce, Grow, and Stay (SERGS) Framework greatly enhanced school administrators' ability to cultivate a proactive culture of faculty stability by offering explicit pathways for career growth and strategic leadership support.
